For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.
For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide therapy sessions via video conferencing tools
- Document progress notes and maintain client confidentiality
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state(s) where you will be providing services
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or eating disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in video conferencing platforms and software

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
