Mental Health Facility Administrator
About the role
Direct and coordinate all aspects of the center’s overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. Maintain Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. Support all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health.
- Minimum of five years in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting.
- Two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
- Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.
- Experience working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.

Pay
Pay Range: $130,000 – $160,000 USD per year. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
