Mental Health Educator
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have no explicit Benefits, Pay. So we should not create those sections.
We have schedule info: work hours 35-40 per week, some evenings/weekends. That's schedule. So we can have Schedule
with
describing. We have Requirements? Could combine Education Requirements and Previous Experience as Requirements/Qualifications. The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate but we can choose to have fewer sections. Prefer few substantive sections. We could have: About the role (General Summary), Responsibilities (Duties and Responsibilities), Qualifications (Education Requirements + Previous Experience Requirement), Skills (Knowledge and Skills Needed), Schedule (Additional Requirements re hours). Possibly also include fingerprint/license/vehicle under Additional Requirements maybe as part of Qualifications? But they are not schedule. Could be part of Requirements? Might be better to include under a section like "Additional Requirements" but we don't have that heading allowed. Could fold into Qualifications or Skills? Probably better to create a section "Requirements" for things like fingerprint, driver license, vehicle. But spec says we can use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use Requirements for those extra requirements (fingerprint, license, vehicle). Qualifications for education/experience. Skills for knowledge/skills. Schedule for hours. Thus sections: - About the role: General Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (training, data, scheduling support, program marketing, etc.) - Qualifications: Education Requirements + Previous Experience Requirement. - Skills: Knowledge and Skills Needed. - Requirements: Additional Requirements (fingerprint, driver license, vehicle, etc.) plus maybe Physical Dimensions? Could include physical dimensions but not required. Might include as part of Requirements. - Schedule: work hours 35-40 per week, some evenings/weekends. We must not repeat job title as heading. No metadata like Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's some legal statements at end: "This position description in no way states..." etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "All requirements are subject to possible modification..." etc. Remove. We need to keep substantive info: duties, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, schedule, additional requirements (fingerprint, driver license, vehicle). Also note about working between 35-40 hours, some evenings/weekends. We need to format lists with
