Mental Health Counselor (Pay Per Visit)
About the role
We are a private practice focused on patient-focused wellness, offering 53-60 minute per-visit arrangements. As a North Carolina Registered Mental Health Counselor with a Masters or Doctorate in mental health, psychology, psychiatry, or a related field with at least two years' experience, you will help clients manage physical injury and/or chronic pain.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions based on client assessments.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to address client issues using various therapeutic techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our cutting-edge AI Scribe technology.
- Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
Requirements
Able to meet patients in person at our clinic or virtually.

Schedule
Since this is a per-appointment arrangement, we expect sessions to be scheduled during our weekday hours as a rule, whether in-person or online. However, we are flexible in this to a reasonable extent (especially with virtual visits).
