Description Mental Health Clinician Location:Nampa,Idaho Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time available Salary:$32-$34 Sign on Bonus: $1,000 Date Posted: 07/14/2026 About The Role The Mental Health Clinician provides critical behavioral health services to adults and youth byutilizingclinicalexpertiseand psychological theories to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with behavioral health needs. This roleis responsible fordeveloping and implementing treatment plans, completing psychotherapy progress notes, conducting assessments, and preparing discharge summaries. The Clinicianfacilitatesboth group and individual therapy sessions and collaborates with other treatment providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. Clients entering Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) often struggle with emotional regulation and relationship building, and the Clinician plays a key role in supporting their progress toward improved coping and healthy relationship skills. The Clinician attends supervision and staff meetings while adhering to payor, company, and HIPAA standards.
