Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using a clinician-designed EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted LMHC license in the relevant state.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency with EHR technology.
• Strong organizational and regulatory compliance skills.
• Ability to provide in-person care within a 45-minute radius.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and move within care facilities.
