About the role
Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. For over 35 years, we've provided a collaborative, team-based approach dedicated to helping children, adults, and families reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages — from young children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics.
- Manage a diverse caseload (25 billable hours weekly) that may include trauma, co-occurring disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more.
- Deliver services in-office, via telehealth, and in community settings such as schools, shelters, residential programs, and client homes.
- Expand access for underserved populations by reducing barriers, preventing missed appointments, and building trust in natural environments.
- The caseload is more focused on child/adolescent at present.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or related field.
- Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
- Licensed or license-eligible in MA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Benefits
- Unlicensed Clinicians: $60,000 annually + monthly productivity bonus opportunity.
- Licensed Clinicians: $65,000 annually + monthly productivity bonus opportunity.
Pay
Salary range: $60,000–$65,000, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with flexibility to balance office, telehealth, and community-based services.
