Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Responsibilities
- Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment.
- Provides individual, couple, family and/or group therapies and family supports and crisis interventions.
- Provides mental health consultation to stakeholders and treatment team members.
- Develops individualized treatment plans in coordination with interdisciplinary team.
- Coordinates other treatment initiatives and develops and coordinates discharge plans.
- Attends treatment team staffing and level of care meetings as required.
- Conducts educational groups and prepares families to resume care of their child (if applicable).
- Maintains current, legible and adequate medical record documentation.
- Attends regular staff meetings, clinical meetings, training, and one-on-one sessions with direct supervisor.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in health human services field.
- Massachusetts: Must have a Master’s degree in social work, counseling or clinical psychology or closely related field in Health and Human Services.
- Completed a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
- Licenses eligible preferred. Social Workers must be in process of applying for license as Certified Social Worker (LCSW).
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Pay
$60,000–$65,000, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
