Mental Health Counselor

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in the greater Boise area, with office locations in Boise and Meridian. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to clients in a variety of settings (in-person or telehealth)
• Design a flexible schedule that balances professional needs with personal well-being
• Handle intake screenings and client matching with the office team
• Focus on providing clinical services while supporting administrative tasks

Requirements

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Idaho
• Experience in providing therapy to adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful impact on mental health

Pay

$45 - $50 hourly

Schedule

Flexible schedule options available, typically Monday through Thursday, starting around 10 or 11 a.m. and wrapping up by 6 or 7 p.m.
