Mental Health Counselor

About the role

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in the greater Boise area, with offices in Ketchum and Hailey. This is a hybrid position designed to support therapists in doing good clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Design a flexible schedule that accommodates both in-person and telehealth services
• Handle intake screenings and client matching with the office team
• Work Monday through Thursday, typically starting around 10 or 11 a.m. and finishing by 6 or 7 p.m.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Idaho
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Passing score on the national licensing exam for your profession

Pay

$45 - $50 per hour, plus additional compensation for administrative work

Schedule

Three days in the office and two from home is a common arrangement, allowing flexibility to meet both personal and client needs.
