About the role

The Mental Health Coordinator at El' Dorado Correctional Facility in El' Dorado, Kansas, is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a behavioral health delivery system that meets NCCHC/ACA standards. This position collaborates with the Regional Manager, Site Administrator, Medical Director, and Psychiatrist to ensure comprehensive contract services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements behavioral health delivery systems meeting NCCHC/ACA standards.
• Works with the Regional Manager, Site Administrator, Medical Director, and Psychiatrist to coordinate total contract services.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology or social work in the state of Kansas.
• Satisfactory background investigation report.
