Mental Health Clinician Supervisor - LPCC-S/IMFT-S

About the role

We are seeking LPCC and IMFT Supervisors to provide clinical and billing supervision for LPCs, LMFTs, and interns while maintaining a small caseload of at least 4–5 clients per week. This is a hybrid position, with opportunities to work both virtually and from our Anderson, office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and billing supervision for LPCs, LMFTs, and interns.
• Mentor clinicians and support quality client care.
• Work in a private practice setting with minimal administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Licensed LPCC-S or IMFT-S in the state of Ohio.
• Comfortable supervising LPCs, LMFTs, and/or Interns under your license.
• Experience with part-time 1099 positions.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position, with opportunities to work both virtually and from our Anderson, office.

Pay

• Supervisor Compensation: $100 per payroll - granted to clinical supervisors for each supervisee.
• Caseload Compensation for Supervising Clinician: $43 to $47 per client hour depending on caseload.
