About the role

This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to individuals and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff. In addition, the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information.

• Programs: Youth consented program
• Population Served: Works with clients aged 6-18 years old
• Facility & Setting: Telehealth, community, clinic and home-based services
• Clinical Services: Variety of mental health issues addressed
• Provides services to clients throughout Santa Clara County

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a mental health field
• Will consider: Awaiting BBS registration number – 90 days after date of hire
• MHSII - One (1) year of experience in a mental health field; experience should be preferred with individuals in residential or outpatient settings
• MHSIII - Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field; experience should be preferred with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings
• MHSII - Current BBS registration as an Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) OR awaiting BBS registration number
• MHSIII - LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in California
• Valid California Driver's License

Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.

Pay

Starting Compensation: $77,755.92 - $93,307.10 USD per year

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, AM Shift (9:00 am-5:30 pm)
• Working Location: San Jose: North San Jose Center (In-person position)
