About the role
Therapists / counselors are needed to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in individual treatment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Mentor and guide advanced graduate interns
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renewal as applicable
- Continuously maintain active CPR and first aid certification
Qualifications
- Licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Pass background check
- Active CPR and first aid certification

- $65,000 to $80,000 salary or productivity-based pay
- $40+ per hour for contracted work
