Mental Health Clinician and Group Lead

About the role

Transitions Counseling and Consulting is seeking a Clinical Counselor to join our team in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide clinical services to clients in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent license in Arizona
• Experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working with adolescents and/or adults
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
