We have an exciting opening for a Residential Associate position. The Residential Associate works as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Primary responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.
What You’ll Make
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
Vocational Training Program
For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. Through this program, this certification can be achieved in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program.

Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00am - 8:30pm (Full Time, Swing)
About the Program
Alder Creek is a 6-bed licensed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) located in Milwaukie, Oregon. The program serves 6 adults discharged from the Oregon State Hospital. Residential care and treatment are provided with the goal of preparing and enabling residents to transition back into their communities. Each resident enjoys their own room and access to two spacious common living areas. The home is surrounded on one side by an open field and farmland that give it a private, rural feel; yet it is very close to public transit, city services, and shopping.
