Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to parse the job posting.

We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: could include Position Summary, Program Description, Mission/Vision? Usually "About the role" includes overview. We'll put Position Summary and maybe Program Description.
- Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: maybe Qualifications (education, certification) plus Experience? Could combine.
- Qualifications: maybe Education and certification specifics.
- Skills: Specialized Skills And Knowledge.
- Benefits: Benefits list.
- Pay: Compensation details (base pay ranges, differentials). Also Starting Rate Range.
- Schedule: Schedule info (Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm) plus maybe operating hours description? But schedule section should be only if posting states them. It does state schedule for this position (Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm). Also mentions operating hours (three shifts). Might be considered schedule info. We'll include both.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Mental Health Aide
.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, union, etc. Also remove "This position description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list..." maybe that's boilerplate but it's part of responsibilities intro; we could keep it? It's a generic disclaimer; maybe remove as boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The line "This position description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list..." is a legal disclaimer; likely considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it.
Also remove "Cascadia is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc.
Also remove "If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, contact us at ..." etc.
Also remove "This position is represented by a labor union." etc.
Also remove "Employees are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses..." etc.
Also remove "Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves..." etc.
Also remove "Benefits We offer generous benefits..." we keep that as Benefits section.
Also remove "Starting Rate Range in USD ($) $21.90 - $22.56" maybe part of Pay.
We need to preserve all substantive information: location, schedule, position, mission/vision, program description, position summary, responsibilities, qualifications (education, certification), experience, specialized skills, working conditions (environmental, operating hours, additional compensation differentials, physical/mental demands), benefits, pay.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like numbers, names.
We'll structure:

Requirements
Maybe combine Education and Experience? But we have Qualifications and Skills separate. Let's follow the instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need Requirements, Qualifications, Skills separate. Thus:Requirements
Education: Mental Health Aide I requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Mental Health Aide II requires a bachelor’s degree in an approved behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of mental health work experience, and current certification compliant with MHACBO (Qualified Mental Health Associate).
Experience: Experience in a residential mental health setting and providing skills training services is preferred but not required.
But we also have Qualifications heading; maybe Qualifications includes certification details? However we already put certification in Requirements. Could shift certification to Qualifications. Let's think: Requirements could be education and experience; Qualifications could be certification and maybe other qualifications like CPR? But CPR is under Specialized Skills And Knowledge. Actually CPR Certification (training provided post-hire) is under Specialized Skills And Knowledge. So Qualifications could be education and maybe other qualifications like "Must meet the requirements and demonstrate the competencies to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA)". That's basically certification. Let's allocate: Requirements: Education and Experience. Qualifications: Certification (QMHA) and maybe other qualifications like "Must meet the requirements and demonstrate the competencies to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). Required: Certification must be current and in compliance with MHACBO." Skills: Specialized Skills And Knowledge list. Let's do that.Qualifications
