With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Archetype pieces are examined through a female lens and realized with sumptuous fabrics, rich textures and graphic silhouettes. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.
TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the studio in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join our store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. In this role you will act as a Menswear ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store ambassador for TOTEME Menswear, championing the category through product expertise, styling guidance, and client development.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
- Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.
- Plan and execute daily store operations.
- Work towards company standards and goals.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-end service within a strong lifestyle brand.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience working towards sales targets and company standards.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
