About the role

This is a part-time position for a Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach.

Responsibilities

• Training, conditioning, and skill development
• Ensuring adherence to the policies of Sarah Lawrence College and the NCAA

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of three years of successful coaching and/or running experience, preferably at the collegiate level
• High level of self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay

$7,000–$8,000
