Men s Locker Room Attendant

About the role

Men's Locker Room Attendant at The Union League of Philadelphia (140 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19102), reporting to the Fitness Director.

Responsibilities

General

• Wash, dry, fold, and restock laundry
• Dust lockers and walls throughout the locker room
• Keep cups stocked throughout the men’s locker room
• Submit requisition forms for fruit and nuts as needed
• Keep tea box stocked
• Vacuum carpets throughout the locker room as needed
• Empty trash as needed
• Clean mirrors throughout the locker room as needed
• Assist members with lockers or other issues as needed
• Maintain general cleanliness throughout the locker room
• Return laundry loops to lockers after washing and drying
• Restock robes as needed

Wet Area

• Keep sink area stocked and cleaned
• Clean mirrors
• Sweep and mop the floor
• Spray showers with bleach and scrub
• Keep soap, shampoo, and conditioner stocked
• Monitor and clean toilets and urinals as needed
• Restock toilet paper and seat covers as needed
• Spray down walls and floors and scrub floors of the steam room
• Restock towels, washcloths, and slippers as needed
• Dust toilet stalls and clean walls as needed

Closing Duties

• Vacuum locker room
• Restock uniforms
• Restock soap, shampoo, and conditioner in showers
• Restock items in the wet area
• Empty trash
• Ensure all uniforms and towels are either restocked or being washed before leaving
• Lock the doors to the men’s and women’s locker rooms and the doors to the cardio and strength room
