The Only Facial needs Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers' healthy skin care routine? Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment as needed

Qualifications

Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided.

Pay

$27+ per hour plus commission opportunities

Schedule

Consistent schedule with work‑life balance in mind; full‑time and part‑time positions available with a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.
