At Azura Memory Care, we're looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and individuals living with early memory loss. Schedule
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program
Responsibilities
- Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
- Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations
- Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs
- Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being
- Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day
Requirements
- Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive
