Job Summary

As a Memory Care Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience, with responsibilities including:

  • Facilitate meaningful and engaging group activities.
  • Create and maintain a therapeutic environment that promotes resident well-being, dignity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with nursing, dining, housekeeping, and other departments to support residents' individual needs.
  • Accurately document resident interactions and participation in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Licensure, Registration, and Certification: Active NH LNA license preferred
  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with cognitive impairment required
  • Technology proficiency: Proficient use of technology. iPhone use is an essential function of the position.

Hours

  • This position is scheduled for three (3) 12-hour day shifts per week, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Rate: $21.00+/hour
