We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe the opening paragraph?), Responsibilities, Qualifications (includes Education and Experience, Certifications, Physical Demands, Knowledge and Skills), Benefits, Pay (maybe mention base pay range determined by skills/experience), Schedule (maybe mention occasional weekend/evening/night work, on-call). Also maybe "About Us" could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading we can use for introductory description. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can choose which sections to include based on content. They said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine some. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (intro paragraph about growth, mission, etc.) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Qualifications (education, experience, certifications, physical demands, knowledge/skills) - Benefits (list of benefits) - Pay (base pay range determined by skills/experience) - Schedule (occasional weekend/evening/night work, on-call, travel occasionally) We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: they said "Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience." That's specific enough? It's not a number but it's a statement. It's not filler like "commensurate with experience" but similar. However they said never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. That's not a specific number but it's a statement about pay determination. Is that considered filler? It's somewhat vague but it's actual content. I'd include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: posting mentions "Occasional weekend, evening or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage", "On-Call on an as needed basis", "Requires Travel: occasionally". That's specific enough for schedule. Benefits: they list many specifics. So include Benefits. Now we need to format using

for each section heading, then content: use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what is a list vs prose. For responsibilities, we can make a list of essential functions. Could be many items; we can break into

  • each. For qualifications, we can have sublists? But we can just put prose for education/experience, certifications, physical demands, knowledge/skills. However they said use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list of requirements (like education, experience, certifications, etc.) we could make a list. But we can also keep prose if not a list. Safer to make lists for responsibilities, qualifications (maybe break into categories), benefits. Let's structure:
