Memory Care Nursing Assistant /Afternoon/Midnight Shifts

Exciting Job Opportunity! Join Our Caregiving Team at Bellbrook Today! Memory Care. Bellbrook in Rochester Hills, MI offers full-time and part-time opportunities for a Memory Care Nurse Assistant / Medication Technician. Shifts include evenings (3 pm–11 pm) and midnights (11 pm–7 am), each with every other weekend. Eight‑hour shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and community policies
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote well‑being, comfort, and social connection
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Follow all safety, security, and infection prevention protocols
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Support the mission and values of Trinity Health through exceptional care and service

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Assistant and/or Medication Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Compassion, patience, and respect for resident dignity and privacy
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences

Schedule

Evening shift: 3 pm–11 pm, every other weekend. Midnight shift: 11 pm–7 am, every other weekend. Eight‑hour shifts available for both full‑time and part‑time positions.
