About the role
Merrill Gardens at Tukwila is seeking Caregivers/MedTechs to support residents in a beautiful community. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with seniors and committed to providing an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
- Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
- Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)
Requirements
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
- CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
- Able to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Pay
Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.
