About the role
Join Benchmark at Mt Pleasant as a compassionate part-time Home Health Aide (HHA). Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Schedule
Friday through Monday; 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
