Memory Care Caregiver

We’re seeking a Caregiver who is detail oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing safe, high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
• Support residents in attending meals, activities, appointments, and other scheduled events, including assisting with walkers, pushing wheelchairs, and monitoring daily schedules.
• Accurately document care provided, complete shift summaries, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered).
• Dependable and reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound, independent decisions, including in stressful situations.
• Compassionate, respectful, and professional when interacting with residents, families, team members, and the public.
• Genuine concern for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults and their families.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.
