The role of Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a memory care facility, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Manage staff and ensure their professional development
- Develop and implement resident care plans
- Collaborate with families to provide support and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management
- Experience in memory care or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Background check clear
