About the role

Provide instructional services necessary to educate all students to high standards that align with district state and federal requirements guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district and state standards.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and support student learning.
• Engage in professional development activities to improve teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas OR eligibility to obtain an alternative teaching credential.
• Knowledge of effective practices including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Needs: Mild or Intense Intervention covering appropriate grades.
