Memorial Elementary Lunch Aide

About the role

Position: Elementary School Lunch Aide at Memorial Elementary School. Reports to the Principal. Effective for the 2026‑2027 school year. Job goal: To assist in establishing and maintaining a calm, safe, and pleasant atmosphere in the classrooms, cafeteria, and on the playground area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Demonstrated ability for the work to be performed
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate or acceptable

Requirements

• New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate
• Controlled substance testing and successful completion of a criminal history background check (required for all applicants offered employment)

Pay

$25.55 per hour

Schedule

10‑month school year; 1 hour per day (12:00 pm – 1:00 pm)
