Pay

• Base hourly rate tailored to reflect experience and skill
• Capped commission structure on membership sales
• Additional $2 - $4 per hour in commission for top performers

• Gift Card Sales
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu
• Provide an excellent customer experience to all clients
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting clients
• Membership sales and management
• Promoting sales, promotions, and events
• Upholding spa cleanliness standards
• Performing various other duties as assigned
