Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through the CRM system
- Provide tours of the gym to potential members
- Present membership and personal training options
- Work as a team to reach club goals in joining metrics
- Learn to become an effective salesperson
- Exceed and capitalize on monthly goals and KPIs
Qualifications
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Ability to operate a computer
- A passion for health and fitness
- Effective communication skills in person and over the phone
