About the role

Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for promoting membership packages to potential customers, providing information about fitness programs, and assisting with sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for memberships
• Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about fitness programs
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
