Membership Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for selling fun! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of unlimited fun with a discounted cost. To hit the ground running, you'll need to make quality connections with guests in the park and out in the community to promote our membership programs!
A Day in the Life
- Identify and target potential customers for Urban Air memberships through various channels such as in park, community outreach, social media, and local events.
- Engage with guests visiting Urban Air to introduce memberships to frequent visitors.
- Implement and promote in-park membership sales campaigns, including special offers and discounts to increase membership sign-ups.
- Maintain and update in-park displays, signage, and promotional materials to effectively communicate membership benefits and special offers.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth integration of membership benefits with park activities and special events.
- Aid new members with initial account set up.
- Escalate any payment or billing issues to the operations team.
- Ensure all membership sales activities are conducted in accordance with Urban Air’s policies and customer service standards.

- Business casual attire is required.
- Flexible schedule available, including Saturday, Sunday, and evening shifts during the week.
