We bring people together through sport, fitness, and fun across our two Chicago clubs — Lincoln Park and our Illinois Center location in the downtown Loop. Our clubs thrive on community and connection, offering a place where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Inspire new memberships
• Support existing members
• Help with the daily operations of the club
• Connect with prospective members
• Guide tours
• Close sales
• Support the front-line team with service, problem solving, and smooth club operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead generation, sales prospecting, or sales experience preferred
• Exceptional phone communication skills, with a thick skin - working with a sense of urgency
• Initiative, organization, team skills, and a desire to learn are critical
