This position is located at Perspire Sauna Studio Montvale, NJ. We are actively hiring team members from the surrounding towns, including Hackensack NJ.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Compensation

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission. We are currently prioritizing candidates with morning availability.
