Location

This position is located at Perspire Sauna Studio, Montvale, NJ. We are actively hiring team members from the surrounding towns, including Hackensack, NJ.

Compensation

Hourly pay plus commission, bonuses, and a free IR sauna membership. Competitive pay is offered upon successful training completion, with additional commission opportunities.

Schedule

We offer flexible schedules with opportunities for advancement. Candidates with morning availability are prioritized, and evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
• Evening and weekend availability (morning availability preferred)

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships confidently in a commission‑based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
