Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set

Qualifications

• A minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
