Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and messages from prospective and current members, providing helpful and detail-focused support.
  • Aid individuals with membership questions, program details, and service-related concerns in a timely manner.
  • Complete order and enrollment information with accuracy, ensuring records are entered correctly and kept up to date.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on inquiries, confirm details, or support membership sales efforts.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and maintain organized account notes for future reference.
  • Resolve routine issues efficiently and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support daily call center activities while maintaining a courteous, solutions-focused approach in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or member support environment.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Experience entering orders, applications, or customer information accurately into internal systems.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up, outreach, or service support purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
