Membership Sales Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for competitive, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on hitting targets, closing sales, and turning first-time guests into loyal members. This is a performance-based sales position for people who love a challenge, track their wins, and push themselves to improve every day in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Confidently drive membership and package sales in a commission-based environment
• Proactive outreach to leads through phone calls and texting
• Educate guests on benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, contrast therapy, and halo therapy
• Book appointments and manage follow-ups
• Provide warm, polished, and individualized guest service
• Lead engaging studio tours for first-time guests
• Answer questions about services and memberships
• Maintain a clean, organized studio
• Turn over sauna rooms and prepare towels
• Accurately track individual sales and meet monthly goals and conversion rates

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in fitness or wellness (a plus)
• Previous sales or hospitality experience, especially in customer-facing or luxury service settings
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead follow-up, or client outreach

Schedule

• Mon–Fri: 6:30am–2pm or 2pm–9:15pm
• Sat–Sun: 7:30am–1pm or 1pm–6:15pm
