Membership Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio. This role offers hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out monthly. While in sales training, you have the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates. No experience is required as we offer comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with successful training completion plus commission and bonuses based on membership sales.

Schedule

Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below:

• Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
