Membership Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Membership Sales Advisor to attract members to our premium fitness clubs. As an integral part of our sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members in their journey to transform their lives.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and sell memberships in a consultative manner
• Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals
• Promote and attend club social events
• Serve as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members

Pay

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $19.23 plus bonus opportunities. The annual pay range for this role is $40,000–$80,000+ based on performance.
