Retro Fitness is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule, free uniforms, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Aim to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
- Make eye contact with customers
- Speak enthusiastically to customers
- Be attentive and courteous to customers
- Keep a sense of urgency and hustle when it comes to helping customers
- Be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively when needed
- Open the facility on time
- Greet and check in members as they come in
- Resolve customer issues in an effective manner
- Sell memberships, retail, and merchandise
- Follow up with prospects promptly
- Ensure a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff
- Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is helpful
- Active CPR/AED certification preferred
Qualifications
- Be able to work rotating shifts, including early morning hours
- Arrive for your shift in full uniform: brand-approved shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, and sneakers

Work Schedule
OPENING TIMES:
- MONDAY-FRIDAY: 4 AM - 12 PM
- SATURDAY-SUNDAY: 6 AM - 12 PM
You must be able to arrive 15 minutes before your shift starts.
