Membership: Evening and Weekend Member Service Reps

About the role

Provide exceptional member service in evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage members in conversation to understand their needs and interests.
• Offer personalized recommendations and resources based on member feedback.
• Ensure all interactions are respectful and welcoming to diverse populations.
• Document member interactions and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
