Membership Consultant P/T

About the role

We are seeking a Membership Consultant to join our team at Snap Fitness & Alpha 1 Personal Training, one of the leading clubs in the brand for personal training and group fitness. This role supports our rapidly expanding organization by handling sales, member engagement, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales tours of the facility.
• Develop and execute an individual monthly sales plan to meet preset sales targets, reviewing progress monthly with the club manager.
• Engage actively with members both at the front desk and on the gym floor.
• Perform marketing outreach and lead generation activities.
• Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls, text messaging, and email.
• Maintain detailed notes in member accounts.
• Sell training services, supplements, and other merchandise.
• Assist current members with account needs, including billing updates, past-due balance resolutions, membership changes, insurance updates, membership freezes, and cancellation saves.
• Clean, straighten, tidy, and organize the club as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

This position primarily requires evening hours (after 3 pm) with some flexibility in days, plus a few hours on Saturday mornings. Promotion from within is encouraged, offering advancement opportunities for those interested.
