Membership Consultant - P/T

Duties

• Conduct sales tours of facility.
• Produce an individual monthly sales plan to achieve preset sales targets (and review plan monthly with club manager).
• Active member engagement – both at front desk as well as on the gym floor.
• Marketing outreach and lead generation.
• Lead/prospect follow-up (phone calls, text messaging and e-mail).
• Maintain notes in accounts.
• Sales of training services, supplements and other merchandise.
• Aid current members with membership account needs such as billing updates, past due balance updates, membership changes, insurance changes, membership freeze and cancellation saves.
• Clean, straighten, tidy and organize club as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location

Rosemount club located at 15115 Dove Trail, Apple Valley MN.

Hours

Hours are flexible, but will primarily evening and Saturday morning focused.
