Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue goals and sell ancillary services
- Contribute to member retention and satisfaction by advising members and guests on programs
- Provide legendary service and enhance sense of community
- Meet weekly and monthly goals and metrics as outlined in individual weekly tracking sheets
- Meet with MM on a weekly basis to review activity
- Develop leads through various activities, including telephone, internet, community outreach, partnerships, corporate visits, referrals, and special events
- Utilize lead tracking system to manage prospect and member data
- Ensure CRM calendar for next shift is updated and set up for success
- Complete and submit new member paperwork before joining the club
- Attend and participate in meetings and events
- Create and deepen relationships with members
- Deal with member issues proactively and solve them within 24 hours
- Be knowledgeable about job, company, and services
- Contribute to effective and efficient running of clubs and company
- Work as part of team, respect, support, and encourage co-workers, assist when necessary, and approach challenges creatively and positively
- Maintain knowledge of company and services
- Follow club policies and procedures
- Attend meetings, special events, and education sessions
