About the role

MNTSTUDIO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Membership Sales Manager (CM) to join their team. This role is titled “Community Manager” internally and is full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Front Desk Leadership:
    • Taking a hands-on approach to sales, including following up on leads, conducting sales calls, converting prospects, and meeting membership goals.
    • Leading by example in delivering exceptional client experiences.
    • Meting/exceeding sales call goals and membership sale goals.
    • Providing strong support and training to the front desk and CM team in all aspects of client service and sales performance.
  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Pre-screen and interview candidates to help build a strong, aligned team.
  • Team Management:
    • Supporting the part-time CM’s as a mentor and guide. Potential for management responsibilities over time with performance.
  • Inventories & Vendors:
    • Monitoring supplies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Event Support:
    • Collaborating with the events lead to plan and execute community-building studio events.

Requirements

  • Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and helping revise or create SOPs. Describes themselves as extremely organized.
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively and coach team members toward autonomy.
  • Fosters a positive, collaborative, and accountable studio culture.
  • Technical guru. Can figure out systems, tools, and is a Google Sheets/Docs expert.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills—especially under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • The ability to adapt and stay grounded in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Familiarity with studio management software and digital tools.
  • A passion for wellness, community, and supporting others.
