About the role
MNTSTUDIO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Membership Sales Manager (CM) to join their team. This role is titled “Community Manager” internally and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Front Desk Leadership:
- Taking a hands-on approach to sales, including following up on leads, conducting sales calls, converting prospects, and meeting membership goals.
- Leading by example in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Meting/exceeding sales call goals and membership sale goals.
- Providing strong support and training to the front desk and CM team in all aspects of client service and sales performance.
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Pre-screen and interview candidates to help build a strong, aligned team.
- Team Management:
- Supporting the part-time CM’s as a mentor and guide. Potential for management responsibilities over time with performance.
- Inventories & Vendors:
- Monitoring supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Event Support:
- Collaborating with the events lead to plan and execute community-building studio events.
Requirements
- Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and helping revise or create SOPs. Describes themselves as extremely organized.
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and coach team members toward autonomy.
- Fosters a positive, collaborative, and accountable studio culture.
- Technical guru. Can figure out systems, tools, and is a Google Sheets/Docs expert.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills—especially under pressure.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- The ability to adapt and stay grounded in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with studio management software and digital tools.
- A passion for wellness, community, and supporting others.
