Requirements

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Hospital contributions for full benefits
• Enrollment, premium billing, and accounts receivable activities for Medicare Advantage and/or Part D members
• Routine and moderately complex transaction handling with high accuracy
• Application of CMS enrollment regulations, eligibility rules, and premium billing requirements
• Investigation and resolution of enrollment and billing issues, including payment discrepancies, retroactive adjustments, and enrollment errors
• Escalation of highly complex issues as necessary
• Responsive and professional service and support to accounts and business partners

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of relevant experience
